Where does RackFlat.com ship to?

RackFlat.com ships to physical addresses in the lower 48 U.S. States. RackFlat.com can not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories or states outside the lower 48 States, freight forwarders, or any overseas address. Additionally, RackFlat.com will not ship to hotels, motels, or other places of temporary occupation.

 

When is the order processed?

Most orders placed before 2pm Eastern Standard Time are processed same day.  Anything placed after 2pm EST are process by the following business day.  You will receive an email or phone call if questions come up about your order. This can cause delays in processing. You have 48 hours to respond before an order is canceled.  You can check the status of your order at any time from the Order Status tab in the upper right-hand corner of the website.  You will receive an email order confirmation when an order is placed, and another email with your UPS tracking information once the order ships.

 

How long will shipping take?

Processing and transit times vary due to multiple product lines and shipping origins.  Some products will ship direct from the manufacturer.  Please allow up to 3 to 5 days of processing time per order.  You will be notified by email with your UPS tracking information as soon as your order ships.  You can view the status of your order via the Order Status tab in the upper right-hand corner of the website at any time.  Transit times usually takes between one and six business days, depending on the final destination. Expected delivery times are quoted from the time the item leaves our facility until it reaches your destination, not from when the order is placed and are only an estimation and not a guarantee. Estimated arrival dates falling on a holiday or weekend roll forward to the next business day.

 

What’s a business day?

A business day is a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday not including major holidays that fall on those weekdays. When calculating shipping transit times or making an estimation regarding the arrival of your order, remember to only count Business Days.
